Firstly I would like to tell everyone/warn everyone of this company and their poor service. Before I ordered I asked for a quote on the 24th January I got sent a quote awesome! Then on the 26th January I further questioned if I ordered that night when will the parts arrive (keep in mind I needed them asap so I wanted to make sure it wouldn’t take forever!) He then replied back to me 7-9 days which was totally fine. He then messaged after I had already ordered the parts saying “ Hi Jade, so sorry that I have made a mistake, this model has to be backorder for you, and the ETA for delivery will be 14th 15th of February, can you wait for it? Or should I just cancel the order for you?” After this message was sent I had understanding as things like this happened but as the 14th/15th of February was approaching I sent a text message on the 11th asking about the order and will it get to me on those dates as he had said in the text message that is the delayed date. He then replied back to me saying that there’s been another delay till the 18th and by this time I was done getting stuffed around it just would have been nice to have been told straight up when the parts were going to arrive not beat around the bush and tell me all these different dates when it just felt like they were never coming. I finally got a shipping number a few days before the 18th February and it had no information for days so I decided to contact him and ask why there’s no information as I had rung nz post and they said that tracking number wasn’t even valid in their system which really got my blood boiling. Main message here if don’t buy off this company their service is so dodgy and the have caused me nothing but stress if I had known they were going to be like this I would have just spent more money for something that would actually come and not take over 20 days. Be aware when shopping with this company people!

This part was well priced and fitted easily, it performs as expected. The delivery time was longer than expected as this had to be shipped from Australia. It did not say this in the advert. The after sales service and discount i received accordingly showed great business accumen. Would recommend this business to any person looking for well priced quality parts. Thank you .
